Onsite machining (or in‑situ machining) means bringing portable machine tools to your vessel, rig, or plant so components are repaired in place instead of being removed and shipped to a workshop. This reduces dismantling, logistics, and downtime.

Yes. From our Miami base we mobilize to ports, shipyards, offshore units, and industrial facilities throughout the Caribbean, Central America, and South America, often on short notice.

Can you machine a crankshaft without removing the engine?

In many cases yes. We perform in‑situ crankshaft inspections, grinding, and polishing through existing crankcase or side openings, provided there is sufficient access and safety clearance.

Yes. We maintain 24/7 contact for urgent cases and can arrange rapid mobilization for critical failures affecting safety or production.
